ABOUT GLENN FOX
Glenn Fox has been a partner in the business departments of major national and regional law firms in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, has sat on executive committees and has served as chair of corporate and municipal bond groups at times while at those firms. He has more than 30 years of experience representing numerous business and nonprofit organizations, including senior living, long-term care and other health care providers, in corporate, transactional, tax and financial matters. Over the years, he has counseled clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, affiliations, financings and related matters. Mr. Fox has often served as outside general counsel for his clients, handling matters related to their daily operations. He has frequently been tapped to speak, both locally and nationally, at various conferences and write articles on a variety of business and nonprofit topics, all germane to his practice. Glenn earned his BBA in Accounting (summa cum laude) from Temple University, his J.D. (cum laude) from Temple University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University, and is also a certified public accountant.
Recently, Glenn put all of his skills together to write It's all so simple, it's all so complicated..., chronicling his journey as he lost more than 100 pounds through diet and exercise. This is not the easiest thing to do by someone in their mid-fifties, where habit and time lead to sedentary ways. He is now telling his story in presentations and speeches of how he was able to do this and how the battle rages onward, and how this may help the audience. It is a story that is in some ways unique, but in many ways, shows the battles many of us wage in silence every day of our lives.
